1. Introduction

Welcome to Hypetee Sports. These Terms & Conditions govern all business-to-business (B2B) transactions, orders, and services provided by Hypetee Sports. By placing an order or engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Business Scope

Hypetee Sports specializes in the manufacturing, customization, and supply of sportswear, fitness apparel, team uniforms, and related products for wholesale and bulk buyers only. We do not deal in direct retail sales unless agreed in writing.

3. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or official communication channels.
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified without written approval from Hypetee Sports.
  • Design approvals, sizes, colors, logos, and quantities provided by the client are considered final after confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are quoted based on order quantity, customization, materials, and delivery terms.
  • All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, customs charges, and shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment terms (advance payment, partial payment, or full payment) will be agreed upon before production.
  • Production will not begin until the agreed payment is received.

5. Production & Lead Time

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to order volume, customization level, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Hypetee Sports is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, shipping delays, or force majeure events.

6. Samples & Customization

  • Pre-production samples may be provided upon request and may be chargeable.
  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, weight, or stitching are considered acceptable in bulk production.
  • Digital mockups and physical samples are used as references, not exact replicas.

7. Quality Control & Claims

  • Hypetee Sports follows strict quality control procedures.
  • Any quality claims must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
  • We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper washing, or storage.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping methods, costs, and responsibilities are agreed upon prior to dispatch.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the courier or freight forwarder.
  • Hypetee Sports is not liable for delays, damage, or loss during transit.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Refunds or replacements, if approved, will be handled on a case-by-case basis after inspection.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, artwork, and branding provided by the client remain the client’s responsibility.
  • Hypetee Sports is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-supplied designs.
  • We reserve the right to use unbranded product images for marketing unless otherwise agreed.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep pricing, designs, samples, and business information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Hypetee Sports’ liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

13. Force Majeure

Hypetee Sports shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Amendments

Hypetee Sports reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will apply to all future orders.
